GSI is the first company to develop ELISA kits to accurately measure various anthrax proteins (PA83, PA63, PA20, LF, and EF) to help optimize the production, purification, and dosage of vaccines. GSI has also developed ELISA kits to measure antibodies to various anthrax proteins upon vaccination in various experimental animals (mouse, rabbit, goat etc). These kits are being adapted for human samples as well. Recombinant purified PA83, PA63, PA20 proteins, polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies to these proteins are available as well.
