Calpain 10 is a calcium regulated non-lysosomal thiol-protease which catalyzes limited proteolysis of substrates involved in cytoskeletal remodeling and signal transduction.The synthetic peptide used to raise the antibody Cat. No. 200197 is selected from a sequence within the C-term region of Calpain-10. For blocking experiments, a 10 to 100 fold molar excess to antibody is recommended.
