ELF-3 is a transcriptional activator which binds and transactivates ETS sequences containing the consensus nucleotide core sequence GGA[AT]. It acts synergistically with POU2F3 to transactivate SPRR2A promoter.The synthetic peptide used to raise the antibody Cat. No. 200188 is selected from a sequence within the C-term region of ELF-3. For blocking experiments, a 10 to 100 fold molar excess to antibody is recommended.
