Fumarate hydratase (FH) is an enzyme that catalyzes the formation of malate from fumarate. FH also acts as a tumor suppressor. Defects in FH arer the cause of multiple leiomyomatosis, a growth of benign tumors in muscle and uterus.The synthetic peptide used to raise the antibody Cat.
