PI3KC3 is the catalytic subunit of the PI3K complex and is involved in the transport of lysosomal enzyme precursors to lysosomes. PI3KC3 associates with regulatory subunit PIK3R4.The synthetic peptide used to raise the antibody Cat. No. 200118 is selected from a sequence within the N-term region of human PI3KC3. For blocking experiments, a 10 to 100 fold molar excess to antibody is recommended.
