EphA2 is a receptor for members of the ephrin-A family. EphA2 binds to ephrin-A1, A3, A4 and A5.The synthetic peptide used to raise the antibody Cat. No. 200104 is selected from a sequence within the C-term region of human EphA2. For blocking experiments, a 10 to 100 fold molar excess to antibody is recommended.
