Neuropeptide FF (NPFF) is an endogenous RFamide peptide that was initially identified to attenuate morphine-induced analgesia. NPFF has been shown to have wider effects, including elevation of arterial blood pressure and somatostatin secretion from the pancreas as well as anorexigenic effects.
