GSI二甲基咪唑ELISA试剂盒是一种采用高度灵敏的竞争型检测试方法的试剂盒，用于检测二甲咪唑在样本（肉/肝/肾，鱼，虾，蛋和尿）内的含量。

使用步骤：
Step 1. Pipet 50ul each standards and samples containing Dimetridazole (diluted as required). Pipet 100ul Antibody#1 to the wells and incubate it for 45min at 25 ℃.Aspirate and wash the plate 3 times.
Step 2. 150 ul of antibody#2-enzyme conjugate solution in duplicates into the wells. Seal the plate, mix gently and incubate at 25 ℃ for 20min.
Step 3. Aspirate and wash the plate five times.
Step 4. Add 100 ul of TMB substrate solution to all wells, mix gently, and incubate at 25 ℃ for 15 min in the dark for coloration.
Step 5. Pipet 100 ul of stop solution into each well and mix gently (blue color turns yellow). Measure OD at A450 nm. Calculate concentration of Dimetridazole in each sample using the Dimetridazole Standard curve.
