DE-100530 Benzo[a]pyrene(BaP)ELISA Test Kit (Water, oil, Meat/fish/shrimp)
操作步骤：
Step 1. Pipet 50ul each standards and samples containing Benzo[a]pyrene (diluted as required). Pipet 100ul BAP antibody#1 to the wells and incubate it for 30min at 25 ℃.Aspirate and wash the plate 3 times.
Step 2. Add 150 ul of Antibody #2 solution and incubate it for 30min at 25 ℃.
Step 3. Aspirate and wash the plate 3 times.
Step 4. Add 100 ul of TMB substrate solution to all wells, mix gently, and incubate at 25 ℃ for 15 min in the dark for coloration.
Step 5. Pipet 100 ul of stop solution into each well and mix gently (blue color turns yellow). Measure OD at A450 nm. Calculate concentration of Benzo[a]pyrene in each sample using the Benzo[a]pyrene Standard curve.
