背景描述：
Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome (PRRS) is also known as Blue-Ear Pig Disease. It is a disease that is caused by the virus PPRSV (Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Virus). PRRSV is a small enveloped single stranded positive sense RNA virus. It is a member of the genus arterivirus, family arteriviridae, order nidovirales. The virus has a high affinity for the macrophage found in the lung. Macrophages usually destroy most bacteria and viruses, however PRRSV has a very unique characteristic once inside the macrophage. The virus multiplies itself inside the macrophage which eventually kills the macrophage. Without macrophages the body has no defense mechanism, allowing other bacteria and viruses to proliferate and damage the body.The virus can be spread through nasal secretions, saliva, feces and urine. It can also be airborne transmission up to 2 miles. The main concern of this infection is getting into a pregnant pig. The virus will cross the placenta and infect the fetus leading to SMEDI(stillbirth, mummification, embryonic death and infertility.

操作步骤：
步骤1. 每次预稀释阳性血清、预稀释阴性血清各100μl，对照(仅含样品稀释剂)，以及在复孔中含有PRRSV抗体(根据需要稀释)的样品。轻轻混合并在37℃孵育30min。
步骤2. 抽吸并清洗三次微孔板。在所有孔中加入100ul的酶结合物，轻轻搅拌，37℃孵育30min。
步骤3. 抽吸并清洗三次微孔板。在所有孔中加入50微升的每种基质A和B溶液，轻轻混合，在黑暗中室温下孵育10分钟。
步骤4. 将50μl的终止液放入每孔中，轻轻混合(蓝色变为黄色)。在A630 nm处测量OD。如果值大于0.32，则采样为阳性；如果值小于0.32，则为阴性。
