操作步骤：

Step 1. Pipet 100 ul of each pre-diluted positive serum, pre-diluted negative serum, control (containing only sample diluent), and samples containing antibodies against PCV2 (diluted as required) in duplicated wells. Mix gently and incubate at 37 ℃ for 30 min.

Step 2. Aspirate and wash the plate three times. Add 100ul of enzyme conjugate to all wells, mix gently and incubate at 37℃for 30 min.

Step 3. Aspirate and wash the plate three times. Add 50 ul of each substrate A and B solution to all wells, mix gently, and incubate in the dark at room temperature for 10 min.

Step 4. Pipet 50 ul of stop solution into each well and mix gently (blue color turns yellow). Measure OD at A630 nm. The samples are positive if the value is > than 0.4, skeptical if the value is between 0.2 and 0.4 and negative if < than 0.2.

步骤4.  将50μl的终止液放入每孔中，轻轻混合(蓝色变为黄色)。在A630 nm处测量OD。如果值大于0.4，则采样为阳性；如果值在0.2和0.4之间，则为疑似；如果值小于0.2，则为阴性。
